Saripoda Sanivaram Movie Analysis:
What is the storyline of this movie? The film unit has been saying this from the first day of promotions. Similarly, Nani also said everything we had to say in the promotional content. Now, we tried to prepare the audience with a kind of mindset, as if they are coming to the theaters and enjoying it.
Coming out of his typical comfort zone and making a unique storyline, director Vivek Athreya made the movie Saripoda Shanivaram. In a completely different way from his previous films, Nani appeared in a mass avatar in this. Vivek Athreya showed that Nani is a superb mass figure with the teaser and trailer, which are designed as teaser and trailer.
The point that director Vivek Athreya has written is good. Adding mother sentiment.. the design as an action drama is also good. In this action drama, the way the characters are developed with humor and a fun backdrop is a positive thing that connects with the audience. Also, the regular story of a hero.. heroine standing up for the people of an area due to her mother's emotion and showing her anger only on Saturday is shown in a new way with the points of showing her anger only on Saturday. However, Vivek Athreya has divided the story of the film into some sections like a novel, and shown the screenplay in his own style.
Coming to the first part.. what is his Saturday secret after trying to establish the character of Surya? Why did the anger have to be limited to Saturday only? They tried to bring things like this to the audience in a very convincing way. Also, the director succeeded in establishing the character of CI Daya, who is the pinnacle of stupidity and the embodiment of sadism, in the first half and making the story of how the two of them actually start to fight very interesting. With Charulata's introduction, love, and Dayanand entering the fight, it can be said that the story has become juicy. With the twist approaching the interval, it is good that the interest in the second half increases.
In the second half, he took the action drama to its peak. However, it seems that there would have been some relief if the romance in that drama had been increased. The coffee and tea scene, the action episode in the pub, and some sentimental scenes are a plus point for this movie. No one would have expected a movie like this to come out under his direction compared to the director's previous movies. But he tried to impress the audience with such a movie and almost succeeded.
Moreover, the director engaged the audience to a large extent with intense drama while entertaining them. The only problem with 'Saripodha Sampathi' is that the movie runs for 2 hours and 54 minutes without songs, which makes it feel a bit stretched. Overall, there is no doubt that this movie will entertain the audience.
Actors Performance:
Nani's acting in the role of Surya is good, it can be said that he has done well in a mass role. It is a new thing to see him in a mass avatar in this film, completely different from his previous films. SJ Surya's villainy is a bold one, and he is a cunning policeman named Dayanand. Priyanka Mohan is cute in the role of a constable. She is a methodical girl. Abhirami's appearance in the role of the mother is short, but she creates good emotions. Sai Kumar plays the role of the father. The actors who played the people of Sokula Palem and all the other artists also acted well.
Technical aspects:
The film is technically very good. Murali Ji's cinematography, visuals, and lighting setup are good. The background music is impressive by Jex Bijoy. There is not a single full-fledged song in the film, but.. the bit songs seem okay. It would have been better if Karthika Srinivas had done some work in the editing department. The art department's hard work is evident in the frame. The production values are very good. Writer-cum-director Vivek Athreya has reinvented himself with this film.
